The „Returning to work” Project is funded from European Social Fund, being a part of Operational Programme ‘Human Resources Development’, activity 6.1.1 and covers Podkarpackie Voidvoidship. It is addressed to 120 women registered as unemployed, especially those returning, as well as for the first time entering the labour market after the break caused by giving birth and raising a child, counties of Nizanskie, Brzozowskie and Strzyzowskie. Its main objective is equipping, during the course of 10 months, 120 women with professional skills and social competences, which in turn will enable them entering both local, as well as regional labour markets. The Project’s participants will be supported by complex training and counseling services.
The „My first steps” Project is funded from European Social Fund, being a part of Operational Programme ‘Human Resources Development’, activity 6.1.1 and covers Podkarpackie Voidvoidship. The Project is addressed to 100 people younger than 25, registered as unemployed from counties of Sieradzkie, Wielunksie and Wieruszowskie. Its objective is providing a complex help to young people, inhabiting already mentioned counties, in finding a satisfying job. The Project’s participants will be supported by complex training and counseling services. It will enable adjusting their professional qualifications and interpersonal skills to employer’s needs.

The main objective of ‘Alternative for Farmer’ Project – analysis of possibility of quitting job for those connected with farming industry from Podkarpackie Voivodship is an analysis of possibility of changing career field from farming industry to other non-farming economic sectors of Podkarpackie Voivodship.
